§2 · Quick answers

Common questions

How do I invite my team?

Organization admins can invite members from the Management tab in the iOS app or the Members page in the web dashboard. You pick a role (Organization Admin, Building Admin, Custodian, or Requester), assign a building, and dooMO generates a join link.

How do I add a building?

Organization admins can add buildings from the Buildings tab in the iOS app's Management view or from the Buildings page on the web.

How do I change my password or delete my account?

Open the Account screen in the iOS app, or go to your account page on the web. You'll find password change on the web, and account deletion in both places.

I'm not getting push notifications.

Check your device's system notification settings for dooMO, then open the Notifications section of your Account screen inside the app to confirm your preferences and quiet hours.

Where is billing handled?

Organization billing is managed on the web dashboard by organization admins. Individual staff, custodians, and requesters never pay for dooMO.
